A rare doubleheader for the Xfinity and Trucks races highlighted the schedule on Saturday with a mixed bag of results. While the Truck Series race saw a viewership increase, the Xfinity Series race was down slightly.
The Cup race on Sunday provided a result like much of the Speedweeks events, with a few percentage point drop in viewership from 2016.
NASCAR this week heads to Las Vegas with the Xfinity Series and the Cup Series. Vegas has also been in the headlines this week for arguably a bigger story than this week’s races.
