Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) will head to the Irish Hills of Michigan for the 23rd event in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) season. David Reutimann will pilot the No. 10 Chevrolet in the Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

TBR AT MICHIGAN INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY – This weekend will mark TBR’s sixth start at Michigan International Speedway. Dave Blaney posted the team’s best starting spot of 34th in the August 2011 event. He drove to the team’s best finish of 25th in the event this past June.

REUTIMANN AT MICHIGAN INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY – Reutimann made his track debut at Michigan International Speedway in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) in 2003. He made his NSCS debut in 2007. He made 10 NSCS, five NNS and three NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at the two-mile track. His best NSCS start of second was the June 2011 event. His best NSCS finish of ninth came in the August 2009 race.

OUTSOURCING ASSOCIATE – This weekend will mark the 12th partnership of TBR and TMone. TMone is a provider of domestic business process services (BPO) and customer relationship management (CRM) outsourcing. With locations in the Midwest and Northern Great Plains, TMone delivers new jobs to America’s hometowns. Call center outsourcing is a people business, and TMone is in the business of augmenting and supplementing other companies human capital needs.

CHASSIS NO. 356 – Reutimann will pilot chassis No. 356, purchased from Richard Childress Racing in the off-season. The Florida native last drove this chassis at Pocono Raceway. He also drove the chassis at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Auto Club Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Dover International Speedway, Kentucky Speedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway this season. He had his best showing in the chassis at Kentucky Speedway where he drove from the 38th starting spot to a 23rd-place finish. His best qualifying effort was at Kansas Speedway where he qualified in the 16th spot.

IN THE POINTS – The No. 10 Chevrolet is currently 34th in NSCS Owner Points and locked into the top-35 by 108 points. The team is ahead of the No. 36 Chevrolet by 26 points and trails the No. 32 by four points. Reutimann is also 34th in NSCS Driver Points. He is ahead of David Stremme by 128 points and behind teammate Dave Blaney by one point.

David Reutimann Quotes:
ON RACING THIS WEEKEND – “I didn’t run the first race at Michigan, so it will be the first time I run on the track since the repave. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do. Our program has definitely gotten stronger and the team is making the cars better, so excited to see what we have when we get there.”
