Elliott Sadler is a retired American stock car racing driver who last ran in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series in 201. He is the younger brother of Hermie Sadler.

After showing great potential with Diamond Ridge Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Sadler got the call to the Cup Series in 1999 running with the famous Wood Brothers Racing team. He score the organization’s first win in 7 season when he got to victory lane at Bristol in 2001.

He then departed that team in favor of Robert Yates Racing in 2003, driving the #38 Ford, which had formally been number 28. The three and a half years with the team were among his most successful, as he won twice and finished a career best 9th in the standings in 2004.

Mid-way through the 2006 season, Sadler bolted from Yates to join Gillett Evernham Motorsports. The pairing never panned out with success, as he failed to finish any better than 22nd in the standings.

Without any good Cup options, Sadler moved back to the Xfinity Series where he finished the remained of his career being named Most Popular Driver three times (2011, 2016, and 2017).
