RCR To Celebrate 50 Years In 2019

WELCOME, N.C. – Richard Childress Racing announced plans for a yearlong 50th Anniversary celebration today, commencing in February with a pair of gold Daytona 500 entries for it’s two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series teams. Defending Daytona 500 champion Austin Dillon will drive a gold No. 3 Dow Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 while Daniel Hemric will make his career-first Daytona 500 start in a gold No. 8 Bass Pro Shops/Caterpillar Camaro ZL1 in “The Great American Race.” The race airs live on FOX at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb.17.
