Germain Racing was founded by Bob Germain in 2004 and moved to the NASCAR Cup Series in 2008.

08/26/2019 – NASCAR has suspended Matt Borland, crew chief for Ty Dillon and the #13 Germain Racing Ford, indefinetly for violating the Substance Abuse Policy. Borland claimed he had tested postive for DMAA that was found in a diet coffee he has been drinking for the past six months. (Press Release)

02/13/2019 – Rim Ryderz will sponsor Casey Mears and the #27 Germain Racing Chevrolet at Daytona (Press Release)
