Stewart-Haas Racing

History

Stewart-Haas Racing was founded in 2009 when Gene Haas sold 50% of Haas CNC Racing to Tony Stewart. Haas formed his team in 2002 after serving as a sponsor to Hendrick Motorsports. The team has captured two NASCAR Cup Series titles in 2011 and 2014.
